Die-hard Big Brother fans will be celebrating today, after it was revealed a live-feed of the show will return for the new series.
For the first time since 2010, the reality show will screen extra live footage to keep fans happy. The move comes after devoted fans boycotted the show when it moved to Channel 5 last year and no extra footage was shown.
Bosses at Channel 5 now say they will screen an hour of live feed action each night, during the
new Celebrity Big Brother series which begins on 5th January. Viewers will be able to watch the
exclusive footage on Channel 5* in the hour between the daily catch-up programme and spin-off
show Big Brother's Bit on the Side.
A source tells the Daily Star “Zooming in after they’ve just had a shock is the best thing to do.
“In the past we’ve had housemates breaking down in tears if someone they really liked got evicted
and we’ve had bitchy bust-ups with people saying the wrong person went out the door.
We’ve also had melt- downs if they heard the crowds outside chanting about them.”
Tinchy Stryder, Natalie Cassidy, Denise Welch and TOWIE star Kirk Norcross are set to enter the house this time around.
